My carpets have never looked cleaner and fluffier. The technicians were professional and obviously wanted to do a good job. The price was fair for the work that was done. What's not to love?
We had a cleaning several months ago which damaged our furniture. We have been going back and forth via phone and email over the last several months to rectify the problem. Someone came out to the house last week to look at the damage and committed to following up with us by the end of the week. Once again, this communication did not happen. Our furniture remains damaged and our customer experience has been very disappointing.
Your staff was helpful at every step of the process and actually did what they said they would do, a rarity these days.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the carpeting and the ceramic tile. It is done quickly and dries quickly.

Communication between the Zerorez's office and the opperator who cleaned my carpet was excellent
I was not pleased with the grout appearance (blotchy) following Kevin's cleaning. I called the following day and requested to have a supervisor come to the house. After waiting nearly 10 minutes on hold, I was connected to a young lady and was told that a redo would be scheduled; no supervisor would come to the house.
Charles dropped by on Saturday for a re-do. He wasn't really interested in doing a redo of someone else work; it showed on his face. I wish he had come with a better attitude. After performing a very perfunctory redo (15-20 minutes at most (and that's being very generous), whereas Kevin's time was closer to 45 minutes to clean the time and grout), he said the grout couldn't be cleaned and he would notify the office. He left without saying a word that he was done. Given the fact I have a very ill person (bedridden) at home and I'm concerned about security, he should have told me he was leaving so I could lock the door.
To make things right, I would like a 50% refund for as you were unable to perform the work to my satisfaction. Given that this will not happen, at least a $70.00 refund for the grout sealing cost since Charles would have "disturbed" the grout sealer Kevin had applied.

The tile looked like new after they left. The staff was friendly and professional and did a fabulous job! I was about to move into a newly purchased house and it was the best decision I made!

The technician (Mike) was friendly, courteous, VERY thorough and explained everything very well. The cost was the biggest reason I will use your service again. It was reasonable for the service provided and Mike didn't try to make more "rooms" of the area cleaned, thus increasing the cost. Nothing irritates me more than gouging or bill padding. I don't mind paying for good service at a reasonable cost, and that is what Zerorez gave me. I WILL use you again for our carpet cleaning in a few months. Great service, the grout looks LIKE NEW, and I didn't think that was possible. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE!!!

We had a pet odor in the carpets and after having them cleaned by Zerorez, the odor was worse. We ended up having to have the carpets cleaned by another company. Your tech was very nice but the product just didn't cut it.

My tenents had one dog who was always in the master room. He was,house trained so no trace or urine or feces. After the,cleaning it seems as though it made the smell more concentrated. It reeks of dirty dog.
My couch was not cleaned at all. I have a second appointment tomorrow and will give a good review if it's actually cleaned
The technician was VERY knowledgeable and friendly and worked very hard. I also thought it was great that you have female techs. Carpet came out great.
