He was very thorough in explaining the differences and made our decision that much easier to make. The whole experience was good from start to finish. Carpets look great!

Friendly and Fast
We are disappointed in the results of our carpet cleaning. We have areas where there are still spots that do not look clean. We were told that our carpets would look the same after cleaning them as they did when we started, so we cancelled the additional stairs and landings that we had scheduled for cleaning. We paid in full for the areas that were done, and we gave it a few days to see if it would look any better once it was dry. It does not. After moving all of the furniture, area rugs, bookshelves, clothes, shoes, etc, we are very disappointed that our carpets look about the same as they did when we scheduled the cleaning. I would appreciate the chance to talk to a representative and see if these results are truly the best that we can expect from Zerorez.

I was called to set up the 2 hour window which was set up between 12 noon and 2 pm. The tech arrived late and I was not called. I called into your office and was told I was called and tech left voicemail. When customer service agent verified the number she mentioned they had the wrong number. How did you guys have it "wrong" if you had just called me 2 days earlier to set up the appointment. She then stated tech would be there in 15 minutes. Tech didn't arrive. I happen to glance outside to find tech at my neighbors house ringing the doorbell. Don't your work orders have the address? I called him over and informed him he was at the wrong house. He then did a walk through of my house and I pointed out rooms we would be doing. He stated the carpet was in pretty good shape. After he got done with living room he asked me if I was satisfied with the cleaning. I asked him about the huge squared shaped stain that was still clearly visible. His response was that the carpet was damaged. I asked if that was as best as he was going to get it, his reply was yes. "I can't fix damage" for $200.00 that I paid, I expect great service not just an excuse that my carpwt is "damaged".
I paid 199.00 dollars for your September 129.00 special. The technician did a good job in his functions. He admitted he was disappointed in the way the tile grout was not clean. it cost me
about 30.00 dollars for one can of aerosol grout sealer. the technician had only 1 pad to dry my tile floor. I have had two other companies clean my floors and you are the worst. I decided
to use your company by hearing your advertisement on the radio. never again.
