The technician that cleaned my carpets and sofa did a great job. He was extremely thorough.
Tech did a good job and was knowledgable. A safe and odorless product
I wasnt extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning in one of the three rooms I had cleaned. After the carpet dried you were able to see where the technician lacked focus on. I really felt it should have come out cleaner since other carpet cleaners ive used in the past actually got the traffic areas cleaner and without extra treatment. Lastly, I feel like the company should make more of an effort to reach out to new customers to make sure 1st time jobs are completed with satisfaction.
I liked the ease of getting a quote and making my appointment. The website also had great info. Best of all my floors look great!

Expensive. The first technician was interested in selling me on additional services. Skyler, the second technician, was interested in resolving my pet stain issue and was much more customer service oriented.
He was prompt and efficient. He had a friendly smile. He also asked my husband and I to take a look at his work and if we see anything that might need more attention he would address it.
Keith was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything and made us feel comfortable having him in our home. We are having more work done this week and hope he is the technician who arrives to do the job.
I loved that my carpets were beautifully cleaned without staying drenched. Not having to feel terrifled to walk around my house for 24-48 hrs was amazing

Just rating it as average. The carpet was wet for a good 8 hours after cleaning. As far as I know there was no measuring of the rooms or hallway, just the serviceman saying this is just the way it is. Price was a little higher than others.

I bought a home and the carpets in the bedroom and office was so dirty that I was planning on replacing the carpets befor setting up my furniture. I decided to try zeroez, fully expecting that they wouldn't come clean. The tech had never seen catpets this bad either. He offered to try to clean one of the dirtiest areas, and not charge me if I didn't want him to proceed. I could believe how clean it was. It wasn't perfect, but a huge difference. I decided to have him continue and was really amazed. Saved me a few thousand dollars
Everything on time, clean, neat, well explained.
Our carpets have stains on them that weren't there before the cleaning. This happened after they came back the second time because the first cleaning was inadequate. We can not tell you how frustrated and disappointed we are in your company. My husband wants the carpets cleaned again, but we are not sure this would actually help our situation based on our experiences with Xerorez. We would, at the very least, like a refund of our money. We feel several of our carpets are ruined and we have taken pictures of the cleaning. Please help us with our request. Thank you.
I like that the service is quick, green, and professional. The only suggestion that I have is to provide some kind of deodorizer with your carpet treatment.
