Carpet clean and dries fast
The technician (Brandon) was courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested that we do a test area (my service was for tile/grout cleaning and I wasn't certain how well it would work)to be certain I would be pleased with the results prior to doing the entire area.
Not only do we like the carpert cleaned with the impowered water, we also bought the water for our daily cleaning. The day after we got it, we had company and a red drink was spilt on the carpet. We sprayed the water on it and you could actually see it removing the stain. First name removed

Reasonable prices and CLEAN, residue-free carpet/area rug cleaning. Like having the option of in-home area rug cleaning for area rugs that don't need a deep clean. Craig, the technician, was very thorough and personable. Highly recommend.

Service was great. Prior to cleaning Trey explained what would be done and after he was done he told me what he did. He was Great!!
I was told twice on phone that the service tech would call me 15-20 minutes before he was to arrive at the house. This was important since we had vacated the house to move. He never called and only by chance was my husband there to get some things from the yard. I was also told that the tech would measure and look over the job to let us know if the master bedroom was going to cost as 2 rooms or 1 and if any problems with the job expected. He did not do this either and there was an additional cost for the master bedroom. The tech did see that my husband was cleaning the garage so he offered an additional service to clean the garage floor. This advertised $129 for 3 rooms ended up costing us almost $200.00. I was the person of contact and my husband had no idea what the estimate was going to be and this was another reason that the call ahead of time was important to me. The work was good and if it hadn't been for the above reasons I would have given you a score of 10. Communication is very important and knowing what kind of expense you are facing is too.

So far carpet looks great; I like the fact no chemicals.
We needed to have a "re-do" on several places. Also, it took two days for the carpet and furniture to dry, and that's just too long. The second person that you sent did a great job -- the re-done places came out clean, and were dry the next morning. (And he arrived in the evening.)
I still have a 'crunchy' area on my living room carpet. I'm not sure if it can be addressed
I had use this company because I had a client rave about your service and how great her carpet looked when finished.
I think my older carpet turned out good. The carpet did dry faster and no odor which was nice. Since I am working with an older carpet that will be replaced by tile, next time will go back to my other cleaner who is $40 less.

Natural solutions and products
Leaves carpet looking & feeling really clean & stays clean. Drys quickly. Wouldn't use any other cleaner. Thanks Zerorez for a wonderful product!
My carpet looked great after the cleaning and no odor.
The carpet was only cleaned in streaks and not well at that. Your cleaning person made excuses as to why he could not get an area clean. However, one could see a place that had been gone over but, was not cleaned on either side. All around totally horrible cleaning job. My carpet looked so terrible that I had to have another carpet cleaning company come out and clean the carpet properly. All of the areas that your technician made excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't get something clean, was cleaned with no trouble by the second cleaning company. This company vacuums the carpet and moves the furniture as well. Your mediocre carpet cleaning (and I use that term loosely) company cost me an additional $218 over and above the $253 that I was cheated out of by your company. Just another example of an unreputable company scamming senior citizens on a fixed income.
I have 2 asthmatic granddaughters, so the lack of chemicals is a big plus.
pricing got a little high after we opted to remove a couple stains. The initial price was reasonable, but the cost to remove a few stains seemed ridiculous. Overall we are happy with the results, not with the price.
It did a great job on cleaning the carpets really good. They also explained what they were going to do.
The floors were very clean and no soap products were used.
