Carpet looks great. No residue!!
This was the first time I had used a service like this. I appreciate natural products and environmental options. I did not realize that more water is needed to clean hard floors than carpet. Interesting.
The carpet and tile looked and felt so nice after a visit from zerorez. Super friendly staff and no one trying to upsale us on anything!

Your service tech did a good job cleaning the tile however he didn't clean up all the dirty soap and water on the floor. As I was showing him all the spots on the floor he basically threw down a rag under his foot and started to wipe the spot with his shoe which didn't work. It took me a good hour to remix all my floors that I just paid to have cleaned. He got cm very upset when I kept showing him spots that we just gave up. I showed my neighbor who recommended you guys and he said his was not like that so maybe I just got a device rep that didn't do a good job

The carpets dried quickly and the tile looked great.
The tech was professional, capable, and respectful. He did a good job on the tile. However, the advertised "2 rooms sale" is a blatant lie because of the required minimums and extra upcharges. So not only was it ridiculously expensive ($165 for 2 rooms--was upspld on pet treatment to get me above the minimum), but my carpet looks just as dirty as it was before the service!! When the carpet dried, the dirt rose right back to the surface. (My carpet, btw, is only 6 months old, but movers stained when I moved in).

While our linear footage did not come out to be enough to meet the minimum charge we knew that we had to pay the minimum price. Which we did our expectations were to have clean grout between the tiles.
There were several sections of the tile grout that did not get clean. Now we have light and dark tile.
What can you do to make it right -- at this point nothing. Our schedules are too busy to allow for time to correct this.

No soaps no chemicals carpets clean and cushion came back. Tech was professional and informative about what he was going to do, organized.

Overall, I was pretty happy. I really needed my floors cleaned. I was not happy about water stains and foot prints left on my floors that I paid $650.00 to have cleaned. At first the technician wore the blue covers on his shoes, but only the first couple of times he came in. I also paid to have an area rug cleaned. The first time he quoted me $150.00 and then at the end he dropped it to $100.00. I would have been happy to pay this if he cleaned it for more than 20 minutes and it was not much cleaner. I feel, for a $100.00 he should have spent more time to clean it. That equals $20.00 for 5 minutes. I would like my area rug re-cleaned and possibly a discount next time I have my tile cleaned since I had to clean up water spots and foot prints.
