The best thing about my experience with Zero Res are Its employees. The woman who answered the phone when I called was friendly and knowledgable. My two technicians were awesome - friendly, funny, helpful, competent, and carpet cleaning pros. I asked about the owners of AZ Zero Res and they gave them a glowing review and explained how they assist their employees both career wise and at a personal level if needed. I was so satisfied with my carpet cleaning the first time I used your company. However, this second time the carpet seems okay but I opted to do tile grout cleaning too and it looks no different. Highly disappointed.
