We have 3 pets and my carpet was a disaster. It looks brand new now. I also purchased the solution and it works great. My granddaughter dropped her pizza on our carpet the day after we had it cleaned. I wanted to cry but I used your solution and it cleaned it perfectly.

My carpet is 3 yrs old and was not too dirty. After the cleaning I felt the cleaning could have been better. Areas in the carpet did not look like they were cleaned.

the young man was super nice and charming. Answered all my questions. He did everything right.
But the next day when I was putting the cushions back together, I noticed a red spot on one of the cushions. looked like maybe blood. I'm not sure but I think he may have cut himself.
I'm sure he didn't notice it. So now I had to remove a stain that I didn't have before the cleaning.
Would have been a 10 however I was not called 15 minutes before the technician arrived. I am happy with the service and would recommend it to friends.
