Casey was an excellent technician and did a very comprehensive and thorough cleaning. Zerorez did a good job with providing time windows and communicating.

I thought the guy that did my floors was very good and I was pleased with the way my carpets turned out. I'm not convinced that I was charged fairly based on what I was told in two different conversations with office personnel . . . the first one I do not have the name and the second was Teddi.

I was disappointed with the corners and along the baseboards I had to clean out the muddy areas were left behind. . I also was really surprised when it cost me $100 to do my area rug and runner which only took 25 minutes to clean. I could have almost bought a new one for that price. It just wasn't what I expected. I had heard and saw what a great job they had done for other clients.
We are a repeat customer and look forward to the Zerorez service. The Zerorez representative always listens and makes suggestions to make our service a success. I provided information about our last tile cleaning service and the process was adjusted to produce a 100% successful service.

Still have a spot on the carpet, streaks on both loveseats and still have spots on both loveseats. Last time you did the carpets only and the service was great. Right now I' m waiting for a call back to "fix" these issues. I anticipate you will make right on the cleaning.

The carpet comes out looking good, and stays that way for a long time. So I can use my home carpet cleaner with just hot water in it on the high
traffic areas to maintain it for a long time.
So ordering your services from the website. I filled out the information for two specials (three rooms for $129). When the technician arrived he said the appointment was for 2 rooms. So this cleaning ending up costing me more money ($389) then I was planning on.

Where do I begin!!! The fact that there is NO residue on my carpet after it is CLEANED is beyond wonderful!!! That my husband says I no longer am allowed to clean the carpets myself and Zerorez is the ONLY company allowed to do our carpets is a major SCORE for me!! The technician was extremely knowledgeable about products, carpets the process, you name it he answered all my questions and helped me decide on which pet treatment to use on the area we called "pee alley" in our family room. Our 10 year old carpet has new life and feels so soft! He did the carpets in a timely manor too!!! Thank you SO much for a beyond wonderful cleaning R. Holt!!!! I have already recommended Zerorez to 3 of my friends!!!
I like the fact that there is NEVER A RESIDUE left behind. This allows the carpets and floors to remain much cleaner....longer!

They not only do a horrible job and are rude, they will leave your carpet smelling horrible! Then they will refuse a refund. I had to call another company to come fix what ever they did. They take advantage of Disabled Veterans! I was moving out and didn't have time to wait for them to come fix it so I had another company come out. I am still waiting over a week now for a call back from Ben at corporate for over a week now. As it stands I will continue to tell every organization and vet friendly company about my experience until this is rectified and I receive a refund. Plan on contacting the local media next if this isn't fixed. Thank you.
