The fact that there are no chemicals used during the cleaning process. The technicians were friendly and explained the process in great detail on the steps they would take to clean the carpets.

My carpet actually looks clean afterwards and the tile looked amazing.

Cost and no chemicals

Travis was simply amazing and very informative on what Zerorez, can do for us and how everything works. He was also very respectful of the kids and the animals and informing us of the front door being opened for his machine, allowing us to have time and to keep watch so that the kids and pets did not run out. He made sure to protect all the corners of the house with his equipment, which was very nice. We just had our home carpets cleaned less than 2 weeks ago, by another company that did not take any of these things in to consideration as well as, they did not do a good job at all. Travis was able to show us the chemicals left (with a Black Light) from the other Rotary Machine as well as the fact that we thought we paid for pet stain removal from the other company, which clearly was not done, very well at all!!!!(we have a new puppy and had concerns over a section in our hallway). We were very Happy with the outcome and with Travis! He Rocks!

I was out of state no vacation at a relatives house and my son peed on the carpet. In a panic since they just moved in the new house, I called Zerorez Mesa AZ and they said they would be able to get there between 4-6 pm. After I explained it was my sister in laws birthday and we were guests in their house, they found an opening from 11-1. At 9:45 they called and said they could be there by 10. The employee was awesome! She was so polite and gave great advice. I recommend zerorez to everyone I come into contact with. They are great in MN too!!!

Well the cleaning was just ok. I mean, I've done just as good of a job with rented rug doctor. And I could have done without the pushy sales pitch from the tech. He kept trying to sell me on extras: sealant for tile, extra cleaning,stain repellant for rug, or ph balanced water. Like I said, good job not great. Will do it myself next time.

Pricing online and what I paid for one room was different and there was no explanation as to why.
