Very professional service, great cleaning product, they call when they are 20 to 25 minutes away, you can add rooms to be cleaned or a rug at the time they show up. Great all the way around. And no sticky residue!
Price is highest in your field, reducing would make you more competitive

Just had my carpets cleaned. After carpets dried, they still looked filthy. Not sure how much power is in that empowered water. Feeling disappointed.
Cleaned pretty thorough, reps were all nice to talk with. Person that actually came into home was professional and charming. Explainations were all clear. Better than I expected. Could do a little better at getting all the pet hair out of the fibers but the rugs were clean an pretty well dirt free. Pet hair tends to stick and usually takes two or three passes.

The technician (Scott) that came out was nice and polite. The carpets cleaned up well except for a couple spots that I just cleaned up with some carpet cleaner after he left. The only issue that I had was that after he cleaned the carpets he asked if I wanted carpet protectant. I said no and he went on to have me sign the paper invoice that only had the 3 rooms, hallway, and topical pet treatment in 2 rooms. When I got the email invoice back, he had charged me for the carpet protectant that I declined and did not receive. And I didn't even sign the electronic invoice and he did not show it to me. So I got charged an extra $25 for something I didn't have done and I didn't want done.

My technician Grady was awesome I did not feel pressured to spend more on pretreating or extra services even though he did recommend them. He left extra booties for my cleaning lady to use the next day in case carpets were still damp. I always recommend Zerorez to everyone Bravo

Based on the recommendation I got from my sister I had expected certain stains to be remembered that weren't. Maybe no one can remove them. Your employee was very good.

I was not happy at all with the outcome. The technician was very friendly. He was not the problem. The goal was to clean and try to remove the areas where my cat had gone to the bathroom on the carpet. I still visibly saw marks on the carpet and the smell was still pretty strong. I felt that the result was no different than what I had done in the past to clean it. I feel that it was a complete waste of money.
