I called zerorez because I had a terribly smelly urine stain on my living room carpet. The technician showed up on time (a 10-12 window, and he arrived at 10:15), and got straight to work. He was able to rid of the urine smell and stain! He also cleaned our master bedroom carpet - very light cream carpet with a very heavy traffic pattern into the bath. Didn't expect him to get that carpet back to its original color, but miraculously he did!! He cleaned 3 rooms in less than an hour and a half, and was polite, professional and friendly.

Cost, scheduling, and efficiency. Carpets were dry by morning.

I had my teen daughter at home during the cleaning as I had to be at work. The invoice didn't match the quote. Things I called hallways were billed as rooms. If I had been home, I would have discussed it with the cleaner. For example one area billed as a room was half of a loft - I had left items in the other half and only wanted the walkway part cleaned. Consequently, the bill was higher than expected. Had I been home I wouldn't have paid $40 for essentially a 3.5 ft x 8 foot "room".
There were two partial stains in a loft area. They were actually move visible after the cleaning than before.
Overall, not a good cleaning and not a good value.
