The technician was very nice and did the service just as we hoped. He explained why certain areas weren't going to look as clean and "white" (we have white carpet so a certain area in the carpet was just worn out from the couch.) I unfortunately do not remember his name but would recommend him specifically. Thank you for coming out and caring for clients satisfaction. You guys came out in less than 2 days to fix the problem. Thank you!

Zerorez uses products that actually WORK!!! I have been using Zerorez services for almost 10 years, and there has NEVER been a stain that could not be removed. The products don't smell chemically, either. The technicians are always very polite and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and give the best advice for the best in-between-cleaning care of the carpets. I would never use any company other than Zerorez. I LOVE ZEROREZ!!! :D

My technician told me that he was not allowed to move furniture. The problem with that is, I am 100% disabled and I have great difficulty lifting and moving furniture. As a result, not much got moved. I wish I had been told this when I booked my appt.
