The service technician was very professional and did an excellent job.

It was fast but the 3 room deal was not given to us. We paid about 300 for 3 full rooms, staircase and two rooms that would equal one room. Now we can see the difference in clean rug and dirty rug.
The service man was professional, courteous, efficient and neat. The Zerorez product did a great job, no oily or 'crunchy' residue. There wasn't an overwhelming odor and the carpets look like new. I would recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends!!
The technician was great and the carpets looked awesome! That being said, I think you guys are a little expensive.
