We used Zerorez mainly for the fact that the carpets dry quickly, in a business setting this is a great feature! They were quick but thorough and did a great job!
I had to go back and clean the grout. There was still a ton of dirt and grime in them. I feel that the technicians were great but it did not clean my tile like it should be. Now I have to have it recleaned again since I scrubbed the grout.
The service is excellent. From the office to the worker who comes to the house. The appointments are kept. The worker is pleasant and helpful,goes the extra mile to take care of problem areas. And most important my carpets are really clean!

My carpets stay clean for a longer time with Zero Rez
We had our carpets and granite cleaned by Zerorez. The granite doesn't look any different, you can't tell that it was cleaned - there are still spots etc. they did a terrible job. It was a total waste of money!
However, I loved how the carpets turned out. I've used zerorez several times and they always do a terrific job on the carpets.

We moved into a rental where they said the carpets had been cleaned 2x already, but you were able to remove dirt and hair from the carpets that we didn't know was there and definitely made them look brighter and feel cleaner. Keith J was amazing! He was very friendly, on time, honest and did a great job! I will be requesting him again next time.
