Very expensive, did not keep appointment on time due to you putting in another job before ours...1 to 3 hours late although I did receive a phone call and told me the technician was running behind. Cleaned about as good as other companies but more expensive.

Polite professional employees. My carpet came really clean and is soft instead of crunchy. Walking on in your socks or bare feet is a dream. Scheduling was easy with a small windowed time frame.

I like the product as it is not adding any chemicals, etc into my carpet. When it drys you are feeling the natural fabric. The rug also drys quickly a don you can reset the room in a timely fashion. The technicians are professional and take pride in their job.

I've known for years that soap just attracts the dirt and makes it stick to the carpet fibers. Whenever I've had my carpets professionally cleaned, I have not been able to convince the people doing the cleaning to forgo the soap. I'm so glad I didn't have to go through that with Zerorez!
