After the cleaning, there was no strong perfume odor & the carpet looked really good, especially for as old as it was. We had the tile steam cleaned too, it was nice to see the actual color of the grout and tile! However today, when I went back to the house (it is a vacant rental home) I saw 2 spots I hadn't seen before and one room smelled like dirty socks. I'll be there again on Friday so hopefully, that one room won't be smelly.

It's absolutely amazing how my carpet looks brand new! I had high traffic wear and pet stains and odor. The representative walked through the house with me and shared options and answered all my questions. After selecting the treatments I was given a written price for the service. Does not even look like the carpets have been cleaned!!!

Several months ago, We had a gentleman who was just starting his carpet business and who had only one truck come and clean our carpets. He removed all the pet urine stains in our family room, he removed some major stains and most of the high traffic stains in our master bedroom. I am not blaming the young man who worked on our carpet. He was friendly, and was serious about doing a good job. He said if I wasn't satisfied he would re-clean the carpets and if I was still not satisfied, the company would send someone else to re-clean. I was satisfied that he did his best and redoing it wouldn't have made that much difference. If someone else came and did a better job, then my question would have been, why wasn't it done right the first time. The urine stains and were still visible in the family room and some stains along with high traffic stains in our master bedroom were still very visible. I understand that some stains especially high traffic stains will not come out completely, but after previous cleanings, our carpets were noticeably cleaner. I am not angry but I am a little disappointed so I have decided to have the person who cleaned our carpet before come back and clean it again.

There was a lot of water left on my wood floor that I had to clean up. The water warped my wood floor at each enterance of my bedrooms. I know that water is involved in cleaning the carpet but I wasn't expecting it to damaged my other flooring.

My carpets look amazing and our tech was polite and informative!

The service was very good. The young man who cleaned our carpets was polite and thorough. He put corner wall protectors on so he wouldn't mark the walls. The pricevwas right and overall we were very satisfied. We would recommend to friends and also we would use Zerorez again.
