My 3 bottom stairs look worse than they did before they were cleaned. You could come clean them again.

Zerorez was so quick to come to my rescue by cleaning old gross carpets. I had a time crunch moving into a new place with horrible carpets and they were able to fit me in same day I called. The technician was knowledgable, kind, clean cut and super polite. He did a great job and I am so happy with the results.

The way it dries quickly and makes the carpet feel like new.
The tech spent about 10 minutes cleaning the carpet and then sat in the van for about 30 minutes with the fans going and the carpet really was only 1/2 clean. -----Then he tried to sell me on the idea if I wanted the carpet any cleaner we could have him come back for $140 more or $40 extra per room or $10? extra per spot ----I don't like playing games ---I want the carpet clean which is why I hired you in the first place
My old carpet cleaner use to get out everything. This cleaning did not get out brown spots that should have come out.
The Zerorez cleaning was amazing. I couldn't believe how clean my carpet was afterwards and with no chemicals!!!
