The first time you came out the carpet was spotless the second time (which was several months later) there were stains left in the carpet. I'm not sure what caused the stains since they weren't there before the carpets were cleaned. The technician was very friendly, he went over some of the areas that did have stains numerous times and was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend him and request him again when I have my carpets done.The only problem like I mentioned was once the carpets dried all of the way there were 3 areas that were stained.

We have 5 or 6 spots that we did not see until after the cleaning residue dried. Couple spots that need to be cleaned again, and some residue in a couple of corners. I don't fault the technician as he worked very hard, and was very professional. Just probably hard to see with everything still wet.
Take a little longer on the rough taffuce spots especially if you pay extra for it.
