The technicians have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They are courteous and professional. I like that the products leave no residue.
The tech, Alex was professional, friendly, and on time, and my carpet was really dirty and had pet stains. There are a few places on the carpet that the Zerorez cleaning seemed to help, but I just don't think your product works very well. I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe's and went over the stains and dark wear areas left on the carpet after the zerorez treatment. My "dirty" water was almost black with lots and lots of dirt. I have a hard time believing there should have been dirt left in the carpet after a professional carpet cleaning! I feel like the money I spent on zerorez was mostly wasted.
