Your service people try to do a good job and are nice. The company seems well run and I like the fact no chemicals are used for the general cleaning. I like the corner protectors also.

Not using soap - Carpet after treatment is soft - not crunchy !

I've used zeroez twice and have been very impressed at the stains they have gotten up and the smells that have been eliminated
