Tom made the dreaded tile-and-carpet cleaning experience pleasant. He was very helpful, explained the process and what to expect, and offered suggestions. He wasn't pushy or high-pressure, just very professional. He actually moved a couple of pieces of furniture that we said we would be more than happy to move. But when we asked if he was ready, he said it was done. My wife and I are in our 70s and appreciated him doing that.

I have always used Zero Rez for carpet cleaning.
I have to say I felt this service was subpar compared to other cleaning. I don’t feel the prep with the baseboard shields were used on all areas to prevent the hose from scratching the baseboard I have a huge mark on my baseboard in my bedroom entrance to the bathroom. My master bedroom is in between my bathroom and master closet. My closet has a separate entrance and my bedroom has its on entry so there was no reason the tech needed to walk in my bathroom on white tile with dirty shoes leaving dirty shoe prints on the floor. I also noticed the tech walked across my yard and plants to bring the hoses up to the house.
I have never had a tech do that before.
My master bedroom took a lot longer to dry than in previous appointments. I was just surprised with this cleaning. Maybe a little more training for this particular tech is needed. I will still continue to use Zero Rez but hopefully these issues won’t happen again.

They did a great job in cleaning the carpet.

I had two bedrooms and a walking closet to be cleaned. There was a soil trail in one of the bedrooms. I was told after the cleaning that the previous owner of the house walked around barefoot and soiled the pathway. The technician had already put away his equipment back into the truck and wasn’t going to redo that particular 10 square ft. I had already paid online so there was nothing I could do.

Our experience with Zerorez and it's technicians was very positive. I like that they don't use chemicals because I am allergic to so many..
Jason explained the cleaning process thoroughly and did a great job on the carpets, especially my walk in closet. After carpet dried there were a few areas that I had questions about. Called Zero red and they set up an appointment to look at it.
They sent Chris and another tech ( forgot his name ). They were great and took care of all my concerns. Thank you Zerorez.

I was not home but my 28 year old was. The stains on the carpet are still there! The only call I got was for odor....but the spots my son pointed out were still there! Guy was barely at the house for 30 minutes! Such a waste of money!!!!

Both Technicians that came to my residence were polite and very professional. I knew right off after shaking hands with both of them that the duct cleaning would be a positive experience.

My floors & couch look fantastic. I’ve had another big flooring company out before & the floors weren’t nearly as clean as the service provided by ZeroRez. Our technician Ben really took time to get our tile clean & the grout looks as good as it did when we moved in 9 years ago. I’d highly recommend using ZeroRez. I’ll definitely be using them for further cleanings.
