The service was wonderful. It was so easy to schedule and the job was so well done!
Helpful and thorough.
He did a great job!! Only one comment was when he left, he didn’t dispose of the clumps of hair/carpet fiber and they were in the curb in front of the house. Not sure if he just emptied his machine carelessly or if they blew out when he drove away but we have a large trash can he should have put them in. But out carpets abd grout look amazing!
The floors looked great after. He was very polite and efficient. It was easy to book a cleaning in a couple of days.

I LOVE that your cleaning leaves no residue! I have several health issues that I've been working on with a functional medicine doctor, but in the meantime, I don't want to add any more toxins to my body. I love that when your techs leave our house it does not smell like anything but CLEAN. Y'all remind me of what it says on the Charlie's Soap Laundry Detergent bottles. "Charlie's Soap cleans all the way to the fiber leaving nothing but the good old-fashioned sweet smell of clean. If you want flowers, go pick some." ;-)

The area carpets look good, but for $140.00 for an 8X10 carpet, I could pretty much buy a new one. Prices are too high.
Service was perfect! On time and notified me when they would arrive and then when on the way. Awesome! The stairs were cleaned to perfection as was the family room. The carpet dried quickly, no odor from the cleaning which was what I needed since my husband is sensitive to odors. The carpet was soft and not crunchy like some cleaning products can leave behind. I have sent a text message with the details, but in summary, the tile floors are a disaster. There are major streaks throughout and it appears pools of water were left to evaporate instead of being dried. Also, the door going into the garage was covered with dirty, dried water. This has put me in a very difficult position because the house is being put on the market in 2 days.
Courteous, professional and responsive, will use again.
Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. They were thorough and very professional. I will definitely use them for my next carpet cleaning.

I picked the 139 free room added can of donation for the food bank and that was just for carpet what I wanted to clean for that was a tile floor which he didn't know what that was going to cost but it was going to be more significant than what carpet is cleaned up secondly I've been a long time customer and I always had the protective treatment after the carpet cleaning. The hallway which measures at 75 ft² and in the bigger room which is 12x18 was going to cost me $80 for both of those.
I will now be looking at other options Plus I didn't get my veterans discount.
The level of clean wasn’t what I expected for the cost. Everything looks a little better, but not any more than I probably could have achieved myself by renting a steam cleaner. The tech was very nice, but apparently he didn’t notice a leak in one of the hoses, so there was a lot of extra water left behind. He tried to clean it up, but we still had to mop twice after he left. Finally, today the room with the carpet still smells damp, despite our airing it out and running the fan. I’m glad there is no harsh chemical smell, but I’m concerned about how long it will take to dry completely. Also, no of the upholstery stains came out, despite his reassurance that it would be no problem. Again, he was very nice, but it was pretty expensive given the disappointing results.
Our carpet came out so clean, just like new! Tech was very professional and polite. I will happily use them again!

used both the duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning service. Both was outstanding. Both site supervisors were making a conscious effort to do a great job.
The technician was great, very professional and helpful. After he was finished with the sofas they looked worse than when he started, he said water rings tend to do that. I had the sofas cleaned last year from another company and they looked brand new. I was really disappointed and disheartened when I realized all the money I spent was going to go to waste. The tech tried to clean them again with some type of solution (after speaking with his boss) and while they didn't look as bad, it was still far from what I was expecting. I won't be using zerorez again for upholstery. I'm not sure how you can make it right since your product can't clean a simple cloth sofa. My husband wasn't pleased either. Just stinks. Money is right, especially around the holidays and this just felt like a waste.
I will always use Zerorez. Quality cleaning with professional people. Ryan was the best!
