I booked the Black Friday special online and it was not honored. I called customer service and they said I didn’t book the three rooms and hallway free for $119. I didn’t get the special I had booked. Very unhappy.
The two techs that showed up, Nick and Cody, were great. Answered all my questions. I never felt like they were rushing to get done, and move on to the next job. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly. I’m very pleased with the results.

When you do the shower package, is the tile on the walls supposed to be cleaned as well? If so, mine were not. There's still film on my tile
