We just had 3 rooms done and I believe this is now the 4th time we have used ZeroRez to clean our carpets. We've had very good results and this time it was Brandon who did a very nice job for us. I didn't have a lot of notice and was able to schedule the appt for Monday before Thanksgiving which was perfect before all our family members came over for the Holiday. Your process works very well, thank you!
Our technician, Michael B., showed up right on time as scheduled and performed the job with professionalism. He worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and tile in our office building. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Michael B.

For years, we've trusted Zerorez to keep our carpet and tile floors clean and protected. And, we'll continue to do so, because they do a wonderful job! Our living and dining room capet was installed in 1998, and it still looks almost brand new! David provided cleaning service this year and did a great job. As are all of the people with Zerores, he was polite, competent, and thorough We would absolutely welcome him again next year. Thanks Zerorez - we really do appreciate you!!

We have been using you for years. Loved the service but we had our carpets cleaned it was done horribly done and had big brown dirt streaks all over the carpet. We had them come back, but the person was supposed to come at 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock came around and still not here. We had to cancel because we had plans so we still haven’t had our carpet done over. Money back would be nice along with getting our carpets redone.
This was my 3rd time using the company. Technicians are always polite and efficient. The end result of the carpet not feeling 'sticky' once dry is great. Will keep being a repeat customer.
