Great customer service, too. They were happy to accommodate our need to split up the service to clean tile floors first and then return another day to do the carpets. The technician was very understanding on the day that it had rained (we're in the monsoon season) and agreed it was best to reschedule the service for a dry day.

My appointment was scheduled 10-1. We prepared and moved several pieces of furniture and took apart our king bed. I called at 12:30 since I had not heard anything. I was told tech would be at my house by 1:00. I was told tech got a late start for the day and I should receive a call. 1:15 I got a call from tech and he was 45 minutes out. Tech arrived at 2:15 and started at 2:30. Tech got done 4:15. Nice guy. Did a good job but this threw my entire day off I couldn’t move furniture back for 4-6 hours. Communication and tardiness was terrible. Kept me stuck in my home all day.

I’ve been using your company for about five years now, and this was by far the most disappointing cleaning experience I’ve had.

Before I left the house, I tipped the technician $20 in cash. His response was, “Are you sure you want to give me this now? Don’t you want to make sure I do a good job first?” I thought that was a strange comment, but I brushed it off.

I showed him the areas that needed attention, then got out of his way so he could work. Before I left, I specifically asked him to close the garage door when he was finished. I showed him exactly how to do it, where the button was, and I even unlocked the side garage door so he could let himself out.

Unfortunately, he left the garage door wide open and never texted to let me know he was finished. My neighbor had to call me hours later to tell me my garage door had been left open.

On top of that, there is still a large coffee stain in my living room. I’m confident that if I pulled out my own carpet cleaner and spent 10 seconds treating the spot, it would come right up. That’s incredibly frustrating after paying to have the carpets professionally cleaned.

I have used Zero Rez for many years now, both in Minnesota and Arizona. Have always had a great experience. The only thing this time was I had put down to do a chair and when she looked at the chair, she said it’d be $70 instead of $20.. and she explained that a chair for $20 is more or less a dining dining room seat cushion. I think maybe that could be a little clearer in your list of the add-ons because there’s a big difference between a cushion on a ldining room chair and a chair. I just had her skip it because I wasn’t gonna pay $70 to do a chair in the living room. Other than that though, as always, I was very pleased with the service. The people were timely. She was training a young man. They did a very good job, and good communication

I've always been pleased with your service, but was caught off guard this time around. Your technician called to receive payment ahead of providing the service, which we were happy to do and understand your policy. He asked us, however, if we wanted to leave a tip and offered 15% or 20% (!!!). We appreciate hard work and are big believers of "you don't get what you don't ask for" but it was jarring to be asked that BEFORE the service was performed, and at such a high rate. If you could send a survey request AFTER the cleaning is complete and then ask for a tip (leaving it open-ended), I think your technicians would have more success receiving a tip. Also, our carpets seemed a bit crunchy after this service which we haven't experienced in the past. It may just be the carpeting, but figured we'd let you know! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to give you feedback!

your tech was Fantastic! let me start there. After he thoroughly told me all the things he was going to do and the charges they were, and I agreed to them knowingly, it struck me that the low price that I locked in when looking at the 3 room special really was not a low price since it did not include all that was needed, and all that other companies disclose more of upfront.

sure, I could have not gotten those spots removed, but then that would have defeated the whole purpose of getting my carpets cleaned. For the reason that I thought I was upsold and sort of "backed into the corner" to purchase those upsells in order to have my carpets cleaned negated the bargain I had thought that ZeroRez was going to be. It turned out that your prices are no better or worse than your competition. The upshot is that the carpets seem clean, and initially the fibers feel ok, that is, no damage has been done. I have not vacuumed them to see if they will fluff up to get that "new carpet" feel again. That is yet to be seen.
