The quality of service and very reasonable cost.

I had the animal urine remover added to the cleaning and my carpet still smells of urine and the urine still shows on my carpet with a black light. I kept one room shut off to the animals and the other I laid a rug down and didn’t move it. Today it shows urine still in the carpet like it’s never been cleaned. I’m going to try and clean it myself this weekend. Very expensive disappointment!

The actual service performed was great however when my rug was being returned to me the next I specified I needed it by a certain time and if they could not ensure delivery by that time then I did not want the service. The technician advised the rug would be delivered yet it was delivered way after and I had to leave so they left it outside in the rain. I was then forced to go back to the property even though I had already moved out and wasn’t planning to go back. This was a huge inconvenience for me and I would not have booked the service if I knew delivery of the rug was going to be such an issue.

Though I do know that the estimate can vary once on site, my original request for carpet cleaning estimate was missing 2 hallways, stairs and landing, which added on a 1/3 more cost of over $640 before tip. I did expect better results for tile and grout cleaning. My tile and grout did not look much different than before the cleaning. I do understand this may be ground in dirt that will not always come out easily. I also had a couple large black scratches on my bathroom wall due to possibly the cleaning device that may have rubbed up against our flat paint. I was able to scrub most of it off with a Mr Clean sponge.

I was happy with customer service and the ease of setting up the appointment as well as the follow-up and reminders. It was nice to have a text that my cleaner was on his way and his estimated time of arrival was on point. Mike was pleasant and professional and kept me informed.

Luis was here on time and did a great job. He cleaned a reclining sofa and an off white recliner and both looked great when he was done. He also made sure to mop up any over spray. My furniture looks better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Luis and Zerorez.

I should have inquired but being an elderly person, I needed help with moving furniture. The gentleman kindly pointed out they don’t help with moving any furniture. I will have to hire a company that does, and if I have to move myself I probably will rent a machine and do myself

Very efficient, professional & friendly

We had the best techs clean our carpets and couch. Cody and Nick did a great job. They explained everything and were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on all of our carpets and made our couch look like new. On top of being great at their job they were nice guys to have around....very courteous, very helpful and very personable.
