Tech was on time and did a great job.
He was very knowledgeable and helped make decisions on what was cleaned and the results expected . I liked that he was honest and told me that the shower door could not be cleaned due to the heavy water buildup here in Sun City Festival .
Good thorough cleaning
We love Zerorez because they don't use harsh chemicals. Our carpet always come out great! Quinn and Adrian just did our last cleaning and they did an excellent job. They were very friendly and professional.

No heavy chemicals
Be up front about the chance of additional cost when giving a quote. You say you clean the carpet but fail to mention that there are stains and bio stains that are not cleaned except with additional fees.
I am not allergic to them and that is my main concern. Also, they work.
