My carpet had many little stains. Zerorez got them all out and my carpet smells clean and fresh. The tech was professional and did a great job.

Our carpet cleaning technician COLIN DORR ,arrived on time between the time set by zerorez, he called me a half hour before arriving....Let me tell you about COLIN, this young man is an excellent employee to have on your team ,he is very polite, excellent manners 👍, he also is very smart ,he told me step by step on what was needed to clean our carpet,he completely told me everything involved, WOW ,I was really impressed by his knowledge of how the whole process works ,COLIN DORR, is an amazing person, we highly recommend zerorez and asking for COLIN DORR ,our carpet looked brand new ,we will definitely have zerorez and COLIN DORR, come back as needed for an awesome carpet cleaning experience 😀, please show this review to COLIN as he is excellent at what he does ,thanx COLIN, from Paul in Sun City West 😀

Our carpet always look good after a cleaning. The employees at zerorez are efficient and very polite.
Anthony was on time and worked carefully and conscientiously. He was friendly and answered all my questions.He cleaned my carpets beautifully and I was thrilled with the way my grout looked after he finished cleaning it. I will definitely use Zerorez AND Anthony again and recommend him to others.
Not as clean as what I would have hoped. While it is better in some areas, others seem worse. I'm waiting to see if it's the wetness or something else. Definitely not what I would expect from $1600.00 of cleaning. I would have chosen the original quote, but was told that the company wouldn't go broke by turning down the $670.00 job

cleaning service for 3 rooms and we got a quote for $248. But the staff manipulated my tenants to let them clean the entire house. The bill I paid for $534, but I didn’t agree to do the additional service. I don’t mind to pay for the additional fee, but they should confirm with me first because I’m the person who is paying the bill!!!
The carpet in one room had a small area that has been damaged by the tools causing it to look different than the rest of the carpet. . The tech dodger came back and said he never has seen that before and for us to contact the office. Yet when we got online to review comments we see this had happed to other customers We can not get a manager to return our calls. I would attach a picture but it will not paste. . . We are so disappointed that your office will not acknowledge us and our disappointment. You have a 30 day guarantee not sure that is just a gimmick because clearly you don’t stand by this. We will be taking further steps if we can not get this resolved.
I got the special and he tried to tell me it would be and extra $800 over the 4 room special for spot treatment. I spent $700 before and found no difference. He then seemed rushed and it took him less than 40 min to clean 3 standard and one master bedroom.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the carpet after your service.
I would like the techs name. He was excellent and i would specifically request HIM again. He is pleasant, professional, with a smile and very thorough- and i had a disaster for him! He made it look its best and i was actually shocked when i saw end results.

The booking of the appointment was very handy. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they handled it seamlessly. My technician, Dodge was also very helpful and thorough.
