I have used Zerorez for years but had a bad experience the time before this service which almost caused me to stop using their services but decided to try again. Tech Ryan showed up on time; was polite; efficient and really took the time to do a fantastic job!! As long as Zerorez has techs like Ryan I will continue to use their services. My carpets look great!!

Always the best. Tried a friend's Bissell cleaner on coffee stains;it did nothing--Ryan got it completely out. In the past you have even gotten red wine stains out--amazing! We are long time customers, and will continue to be!! Ryan was wonderful, friendly and efficient, and asked us to approve the concerning areas! Score 12 out of 10!!

Worst job I’ve ever had from your company. Carpets weren’t as clean as usual and the tile cleaning has me having to redo it myself. I’m moving out and thought I would get the normal job I’ve purchased several times and I’m so unsatisfied. My tech was a nice guy but did a poor job. I even tipped him $80 after for his time. I’m very unhappy for the first time with your company

Carpet looks great- can’t afford to do that service very often- he was here for 3 hours and the total was $1100.

Took a shot to see how well the carpets could be cleaned. Results were not what was hoped.
I was hoping Zerorez could clean the carpets better than steam cleaning, but that was not the case. The carpets are old, so that probably played a large factor.
