The technicians that arrived were polite and very professional. They answered all my questions and took great care of my freshly painted walls and new carpet. I was let down by the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Majority of my grout lines look clean and new but there are patches of grout that still look greasy and dirty. That dark color really stands out compared to the surrounding lighter color of the clean grout.

Everything looked great when the cleaning was finished. I opted for the extra spray protecting the carpet and was told it would not end of crunchy but it did - once I vacuumed this morning that went away
