I do have some comments about issues I've encountered with scheduling on your website, but that's minor compared to the excellent service.
The machine was not working. The tech was on the phone trying to resolve situation for quite some time. The tech was very apologetic and professional. He did get the machine working again. However, I have used your company quite a few times and my carpets always looked good and were dry after a few hours. My carpet does not look much better than before shampoo and they still weren’t dry when we went to bed last night. We had windows open and fans on. I’m not sure what the problem was but I probably won’t use Zerorez again
On time service
Your Team was great … however, it was the markups that leave me troubled. I expected to spend a couple hundred, but not 300-plus. I think your team did a very good job, but your company policies and markups will most likely keep me from using your company again.

The gal that came to do our area rug was very friendly and knowledgeable on carpet cleaning.
She did a great job cleaning our area rug. It actually came out better than the first time they cleaned our area rug. I was very happy with the results. I'm sorry I forgot the gal's name.
He did a good job; the carpet was dry in about 5 hours. He also worked on the spots that I pointed out.

The tile floor was mopped but it ended up leaving streaks and smudges instead of actually being clean.
I liked the smell of the cleaner, speed of the process, Brandon was professional and thorough.
I’m not sure, but this cleaning might have darkened the carpet. After the carpet had dried 24 hrs, I looked behind a door that wasn’t cleaned in comparison to the area next to it.
Otherwise, pleased.

I’ve tried for years with you people but to no avail. I only use you because of your non chemical cleaning process, You r prices, charges , invoicing are always incorrect. Your so called $20 refund is all smoke and mirrors. You just add it to each invoice and then (bait and switch) in the end and deduct to $20 off on the final invoice. Your $100.00 minimum is also unfair. I could go on and on but my time is to valuable.
I like the cleaning process with empowered water opposed to soap or chemical residue. Friendly and good prices and customer services. I always recommend Zero Rez
