The way the carpets are cleaned and saturated with chemicals
The cleaning methods used by Zerorez are superior to any other cleaning service.
Even the high traffic areas are cleaned of the soil that is ground in.
The only disappointment from this trip is the technician wasn't able to remove the stains from the bedroom floor even though he tried.
Otherwise, the technician was thorough and courteous.
Our tech was honest about getting blood out of our carpet. He did a great job and the stains were removed when wet. As the carpet dried the stains returned not as bad as before but the showed. We made a chance to remove the stains but we replaced the carpet just as thought we would.
Next I'm having the grout cleaned and I'm hoping they do as good job like always.

Scheduled after seeing sale pricing. Tech was on time and very nice. Process was very quick. What I tried doing myself with rug dr was no where near the level of clean. Had carpets done 11am Saturday n hosted people the next day at 3. Absolutely no wet,chemical smell. Cat smell gone. Absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately, the stain I called you for didn't come out. I've heard advertisements - and radio personalities - talk about you getting out red wine stains, so I'm surprised that a coffee stain did not come out completely. Additionally, you've successfully cleaned carpets for me before with serious urine stains from a dog. My daughter said that the technician was here for a very short time. Should I have paid for an additional product or process?

I have used this company 3 times and every time they have done an outstanding job on both carpet and tile.
Most recently I asked the technician to clean both the carpet in 3 bedrooms and the tile throughout the house. The tech explained that cleaning the carpet would probably not have a good outcome due to many pet stains. I appreciated his honest assessment.
Additionally, there is never a chemical smell after they are done.
The technicians on all 3 jobs have been outstanding.
They present the total cost before they begin the job.
I will continue to use this company for all my floor cleaning needs.
