This was I believe the 3rd time I used Zerorez and I was disappointed. I called weeks in advance to schedule my appointment for an early morning time slot, and was told at the time of my booking that I was the only one scheduled for that day and that getting started early should not be a problem. I received a phone call advising me that my Service Technician would be late and coming after my time slot period, which was not the news I was looking to hear. I was given a discount on my service, however, I was still disappointed and the delay in starting my cleaning put me behind (timing wise). Additionally, I was told by the Technician that he could use a "special tool" to reach the corners and edges of the carpet where there was heavy dust/dirt stains. The Technician said he did not have to use that tool afterall, and was able to clean with the regular equipment; the Technician was incorrect, the regular tool did not reach or remove the dirt/dust marks in the carpet in those edges and corners and I still have marks on my carpet. Additionally, the Technician did not even wear shoe covers over his shoes when cleaning, and never put up the protectors around my wall corners/molding the way the previous Technician's did when they came to our home. I do not like to speak negatively about anyone or company, however, after this third service with the company, I really was not happy or satisfied with the results.
No harsh chemicals and the service is quick.

Dries quicker and does not leave carpet crunchy. Been using Zerorez every year for at least 15 years. I even use the empowered water. Brian who cleaned our carpet was very thorough.

I had several pee spots and they always get them out. I like that it dries faster than other companies I have used.
Shawn was our provider and he was fabulous! He found extra spots where our dog made a deposit and made the recommendations to correct the areas

I’ve used your service a number of time. I get 3 rooms done every time. The same 3 rooms. And some how during this last. Cleaning I was told one of the rooms will be charged as 2 rooms and there for I only got 2 of my rooms cleaned and not 3.
I was told due to the size it counts as 2. And then wanted to charge me 55 bucks for a small child’s room. No thanks thats ridiculous. It’s never happened before and not sure why it happened this time. If your employee was simply doing his job I understand it but why is this the first time it’s happened.
At the end your employee was very rude. Didn’t show me a bill or receipt demanded my credit card without giving me a total and wasn’t very kind. And clearly ready to rush out even though he was there just an hour cause he only did 2 rooms
