I don’t believe in companies that like to change prices quoted. The first time I called I was quoted $250 then when I called to book I was told oh they forgot to tell you about the additional fee for $20. The day of my service the representative said oh this section in considered a hallway it’s going to be an extra $10, then he changed his mind and said oh well it’s actually going to be $30.
The section he called a hallway was the 3 feet distance between the stairs and bedroom.
After calling the office and being told the manager was not available and would call back, which they never did. The rep finally came back to my door and said he would just do the job for the quote of $270.

Your hvac van left an oil stain in my driveway. I noticed oil in the truck and should have asked them to take precautions or park on the street.

Your technician couldn't have been any nicer. My carpets didn't respond to your cleaning process as well as I would have hoped....they still look gray in some areas. (The carpet color is off white.)

The worker was very nice.
However, going back into the house 2 days later the entire room smelled like a wet dog. It did not smell before the ‘cleaning’.
I certainly would not recommend your company to anyone.

Best product out there. Keep running promotions. I found your ad via my mail and it reminded me I needed the service done (postcard type flyer). 3 days later after calling for an appointment you guys were at my house cleaning it. Wow what a service!!!

Use you guys twice listen to your commercials, says that you could pretty much restore any carpet, my carpet wasn’t that bad compared to a lot that I’ve seen, and the ol excuse well it’s old carpet so we can’t get it as clean, didn’t charge me for that carpet, but I’d like to see if another tech would do a better job and effort to clean it better,
