cleaned home as usual but mainly for an ink stain. and had you come back out for a spot redo 2 days later but your gentleman left and though spot was 80% better it was still there & worse was he left a 3 foot wet spot from door to the stain. it was soggy wet and i thought oh did he redo this too but no by next morning its a 3 foot dirty water stain of brown and rust color. i called of course and its a week later appt to get that fixed. i even sent a pic to see how bad it was. i asked for a more senior person and they said they r sending same person so he can correct his work!!!! this isnt ok. someone should come immediately and they should be higher up. 3 times isnt ok

My only concern was when I went back into the house after the cleaning there was so much humidity in the home that it was extremely uncomfortable. I am curious why he didn't open the windows while the work was being done to release some of that and then close them when he left. I did tell him he could turn the AC on temporarily as well. I ended up turning it on and it did help for the time I was there. I was trying to not use the HVAC unit since my daughter hadn't resided there for about a week while the work on painting and carpet cleaning and emptying the home was being done.

I love that it's easy to book with ZeroRez online, select my services, and know the price ahead of time. They're always reliable and communicative about their arrival time and services offered.

We get this furniture cleaned every year. Every year it always takes a 2nd cleaning to get it cleaned correctly. Last year, the 2nd technician advised me I needed to put in the notes to request a senior technician and that would resolve the issue of it having to be re-cleaned and a 2nd visit. I put that in the notes, and I advised the tech and his helper when they arrived that it will always look good when still damp, but when it completely dries you will see dirt. While I will say, the tech did one of the best first-time cleanings, the same issue happened after the furniture dried. We had several spots where the dirt was not fully extracted. While I understand the policy is that you will come out and clean again, I needed this cleaned for the holiday. Also, it's extremely time consuming to year after year to have to schedule and be here for a 2nd cleaning. I was really hoping that the first time it would be done correctly. I expressed this in a call the day after and the agent advised me a manager would call me. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened either which is disappointing as well.

Each room has some seriously dark splotches in the carpet. We thought it was wet, but it is not. It looks like a haphazard pattern of dirt! We tried to upload some photos, but this app does not seem to accept them. We would request that the Service Rep return and see if he can fix it up to look clean! The service technician was wonderful. I called because I had a dye stain on my carpet. He tried very hard to totally eliminate it but it remains a light pink. He was so very apologetic that some still remained. He did an excellent job on the traffic pattern.
