I'm not sure what went wrong this time. I have used yall in the past so many times, this time carpet took forever to dry, wet spot the next morning 24 hours after cleaning. The smell was unparalleled.. I don't know if yall switched what you use or the wrong water supply was used.. it was so bad. I had my prego daughter over she was extremely nauseous. I had to break out my machine and redo the floor ... which was dry in 4 hours đ€.
I don't know, I love using yall.. but this will likely not happen again. đ I'll be trying a local place next time. Best regards
My carpets look like new again. Service convenient, quick, and courteous. Thrilled with the results.
They schedule quickly, are careful in the house and do a great job. The process leaves no odor or residue.
The technician was friendly, ready to go to work, and proceeded. My expectation concerning the tile cleaning was primarily with the dingy look of the grout. He indicated that look of the grout could not be improved - I needed the grout to be re-colored. At an additional cost of $300. I feel that was an excessive cost.
Before work started, I inquired about polishing the Corian countertops. He was reluctant to recommend polishing since it was not a granite finish. When I inquired about cost, he indicated I probably would not want to spend that amount.
We got an appointment right away. The work was done quickly and well.

Your policy of not moving anything is strange when you ask ahead for removal or breakable of items. And the worker should use reasonable discretion. He would not move a paper bag not a reusable bag but cleaned right up to them. As the surface was wet and slippery I could not get there to move them . Also moving a dining chair is hardly going to cause injury.

The technician was professional and seemed to be an upstanding individual.
With that said, he was careful in certain areas and was not in other's. The house was vacant so there were no obstructions. in the bedrooms and hallway, he damaged the paint and scraped baseboards and trim.
I made him aware of the issues and he offered me $50 off from the service.
Customer service was outstanding. we would hope to get this service tech every time!!!
The gentleman who came out to clean our carpets did 4 rooms of carpet in under an hour⊠it seemed he was rushed and didnât focus on doing a good job. He quickly sprayed the carpet, and went over it with the vacuum and was on his way. He also didnât wear any booties on his shoes which I found to be very odd.. we donât wear shoes in our house .. and I assumed since he was cleaning carpet he would put covering over his shoes⊠he didnât. I highly suggest this be s practice your employees start to do.
The service technician was punctual and completed the carpet cleaning expeditiously. The carpets look great. The only negative is the amount charged for an area rug was much higher than a large bedroom with wall to wall carpet.
From the reviews I thought the carpet would be much cleaner/brughter. Too expensive for what I got. Looks like the machine itself left marks. Iâd like it if the living room could be redone and a little more moisture taken out at the end. Also try stain removal
Michelle was very good at what she does. She was here for several hours. There was a lot of work to do. She is very personable and informative about what she was going to do. The furniture and carpets look fine.

The technician arrived when promised, including the 30 minute notification that he was on his way. He reviewed the rooms to be cleaned, then went straight to work at cleaning the carpets. He had me review the work when he was nearly done, to confirm he had covered everything so far. And finished fairly quickly, considering it had been several years since the carpets were last cleaned. Carpets now look great!

I like the fact that the cleaners they use are pet friendly. Theyâre always courteous and do a good job.

There has been to much confusion about the cost of cleaning our 2 small rugs!) these last two years. The 1st technician you sent out this year spun a confusing yarn about the pricing that left my wife scratching her head. She politely declined his over priced quote that was $80 higher than the previous year. The 2nd service tech was more polite and kind. I told him that the zerorez âspecial offerâ of $40 for one large room and $25 for a small room was misleading and that is what got my neighbors upset with you guys. Your offer should just state that a âsmall roomâ really means a closet!! and that next time I need to say we need our 2 small ârugsâ cleaned and NOT say carpets because itâs a âdifferent price for a ârugâ. It was a 15 min in and out job because we conveniently placed our ârugsâ in our garage for cleaning. You guys sold out to Corporateâ (Bad Move) which that in itself just changes everything for the worse! than when you were private. So if this feedback leaves you scratching your heads then you know how we feel each year when we try and do business with you. Just say say on your advertisement that a carpet is one price and a rug is a whole different price. Your customer service didnât explain it to us this way because they didnât know the difference either. Be more upfront with your offer and teach your employees how to explain your âdifferentâ pricing for âcarpetsâ and for ârugsâ and get rid of that âSpecial offerâ (It doesnât mean 2 rooms but 1 room and a âsmall closetâ Better yet, stick to the big jobs in the large businesses and donât do the small residential jobs (leave those to the smaller private companies that are still out there. Small is better! Corporate is all about greed and the rich board members who can just never get enough money! The people I referred zerorez too were not pleased at all with the hassle you put them through with your âshady pricing and wonât hire you guys again. Our cleaning job is so small and easy we will probably just do it ourselves if we canât find a private company out there that âcorporateâ hasnât bought out or forced out of the market because they WANT it all. Adios!
We hired Zerorez on the recommedation of our realtor and Joaquin was prompt, professional, & personable. Absolutely no chemical smell and the carpets looked almost new again.
