The carpet doesn’t feel as clean as it did before. It’s kind of like a soap residue in it not happy.
Always on time- friendly professional- furniture looks great and is only wet for about 3-4 hours. Price is great as well.
Your cleaning service is affordable and top notch. Employees like George are an amazing representation of your company and the pride he took in his work was exceptional. We use Zerorez in all of our facilities statewide and will continue to do so because of employees like George.
My technician Jacob did a stellar job and was incredibly polite and accommodating. My disappointment in zero Rez has nothing to do with his performance, but it has everything to do with the policies that zero Rez chooses to operate under.
First, the extra $10 charge to
clean 3 feet of carpet in my master closet was a surprise; considering that I have a large bed and an armoire that covered the carpet that didn’t get cleaned due to my choice not to move it. This tiny area should not have been an extra charge since they didn’t have to clean under the bedroom furniture and armoire!
Secondly, the $25 service fee was also an unknown and surprise.
I have paid these fees, but this will be the last and final time I will use Zerorez!

Eric was not good. Never had look not clean from you until this time. As a faithful client , and have always been really excellent. Just had you clean my couch and chair and whoever did it , did an excellent job as well as the other both tile and rugs but not this time. Getting ready to sale and this doesn’t look well.
I would like for it to be done over so it looks better, it always did before.
