My carpet did not look clean and looked dirtier than it did prior to cleaning. I had to mop my floor because it was left dirty form the techs shoes. I had another company come out the next day and they were able to get the carpet clean. They wore booties in my house, cleaned up after themselves and used bumpers on my walls I would not recommend zerorez in the future. The tech was very nice though.

The technician was marvelous - friendly, efficient, and thorough. The service is always prompt and I can see the positive results immediately. I had the service done because I am expecting my first grandchild any day (minute) and wanted to ensure that my living room was a clean and safe place for her. I have already recommended your service to my son and daughter-in-law.
I noticed after my sofa dried that the material was bunched up and a stain was actually more noticeable after the fact. My rug, as well, had what looks like a dirt stain on it that I didn't even notice until after the rug was cleaned.
The service technician was great and took time to explain the process. Carpet looks great and didn't take long for Carpet to dry.

Efficient cleaning, good results. The tech was excellent.
The guys were very friendly and the rugs look good, but the deodorizer they used was useless. The rug still smells like a wet dog. We didn’t have any specific stains from urine, vomit, or feces; we just have a general dog smell from the natural oils on their skin and fur, and the service did nothing to remove that smell.
