Technician did a great job and was really friendly. The only thing I do not like is from the technicality of closest. Two rooms I had that are under 200sqft with the closet included. But because the closet has a doorway and extends more than 12in it is an added charge. I think that’s pretty petty from a company stand point. I think any normal person would agree that if a bedroom has a closet, that is part of the room. Technician was fantastic. The technical rules of the company are a bit ridiculous.

I had a room with pet urine in the carpet. I am hiring a company to clean the carpets. To me, that means clean the carpets. Get out the dirt and odors. Instead, once the salesman arrived, I was quoted I believe 250 dollars to actually clean the carpets. Meaning a special device would need to be used. I understand it’s upscale and I know dales, but I believe your prices to clean the carpet and get the odors out of it was high.

The tech was amazingly proficient and kind. The service was a big one that was around 200 dollars cheaper than expected but the quality of service was exceptionally good. The couches and rugs look great and he took his time to really work thoroughly

Jeff did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He got set up quickly and got right to work. It only took about an hour to clean four rooms and a hallway. When done, my carpet looked bright and spotless. Looking forward to next year.
