The gentleman that came did a great job…however, $500 for a small house, 2 hours work is way too costly…I own dozens of rental units—I won’t be using ur company again…
The cleaning instrument used did not go all the way to the baseboards. Where it did clean was fine. Quality control issue, I think.
Zerorez did a very good job cleaning our rugs. The appointment was quick, and Mario did a very nice job. He was professional and polite.
Setting up appointment was easy, employee was on time and friendly but…after drying the floors look terrible. The floors were not dried (allowed to air dry) and the entire floor now looks dirty. You can see everywhere the water dried slowly. Also, we had tile floors and nothing was fine to scrub the grout. I would think there would be a tool to scrub grout lines with a cleaner prior to cleaning the surface.
I now have to scrub the grout to get it cleans and then rewash the entire floor.
So, this did not save me time, money or my knees. Really disappointed.
Giving a 5 because the carpets in the closets are clean.
I won’t ever use a steam company for tile ever again. This is our second bad experience with tile cleaning.
The quality of service and the courteous, helpful and professionalism of the technician (Mikael, not sure of the spelling) are unbeatable.

All I can say is wow! I had my tile and grout cleaned. It looks amazing! I’m very picky and I have to say, they’re the best folks to call if you really want your tile and grout cleaned! Far exceeded my expectations!
Your technician who serviced my carpets was the first woman I ever had. She was friendly, courteous and professional. My carpets and chair were treated with care. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name since I believe she did the best cleaning I've ever had.

I signed up for the $138 three room special and I was charged $199 They did a good job and I would recommend the service. I just don't trust the "special pricing"

First time customer. Here was my experience. Cleaning window was 12-3. Called at 12 to confirm I was still scheduled for the day. Your rep said yes. At 305pm I still hadn’t heard from you so I called again and was told yep they will text or call you 30 minutes prior to arriving. I said it’s 305pm they missed the window. I was told they would be coming. Around 345pm Melanie your scheduler called and apologized that they had technicians call out sick and she had to scramble to get someone to cover my cleaning and was super nice. Totally understand the situation but would have liked to have been notified prior to them missing the window. I believe my tech was Jacob. Super nice and engaging guy. I had him quote me to clean an area rug and it would have been over $75. I had other rugs cleaned by another company for $25. I had the 3 room special and add the 4th room promo. I have 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a small closet 10 sq ft of carpet that he agreed to clean. My Master Bedroom has a small walk in closet of 20sq Dr of carpet and he said that was considered another room and said it would be $25 more. I asked if I could count it as my 4th bedroom and he said no you already have another promo of $20 you can’t use both. I paid $188. I tipped Jacob $20 so $168 for the cleaning which I had previously used another company that did a great job for under $100. They went out of business this is why I thought I would try you. I was expecting higher quality cleaning compared to the previous company and I can’t see a difference. The problem is you have your technicians on commission so they are trained to upsell or add on services so they make their money. This incentivizes the wrong behavior and causes a tech to look at Nickle and diming you and charging extra for a closet that is in the bedroom. I won’t be using your service ever again. Again this was not a customer service issue with anyone I spoke with I don’t agree with your business model and your expensive and I didn’t see a difference in quality. In fact there is a stain that didn’t come out of one of the rooms but I don’t care to do business with you again so I will

Great service. Quick on getting the job done and we’re very good at cleaning up when done. The two guys were the best.
