Had a great experience with Zerorez! The tech was professional and friendly and left our home looking amazing. Carpets looks like they're brand new again and our 5 year old tile/grout that desperately needed deep cleaning has never looked better.

My only gripe was that some of the carpet looked lifted/rippled after the treatment and I started to freak out a bit, only then did I find the article saying it was completely normal. By the next morning everything was dry and looking perfect.

Immediately after cleaning the carpets looked like new, however, as they dried the traffic wear spot came back. Not sure what can be done.

My floors always look brand new after your company comes to the home. My tech was professional and throughly. I didn’t like having a service charge, but I understand that is the cost of doing business.

I really love how good my carpets look after being cleaned by Zero Rez. I was glad to see Josh came back for the second time. He does a great job and has given us good tips on how to take care of the carpets and maintain them between cleanings.

The service tech did an awesome job cleaning our carpets and arrived promptly on time. Very pleased with how courteous he was and how wonderful our carpeting looks. We would highly recommend Zerorez.

The cleaning process seems to always work wonders on my carpets but this time the service was bad. I scheduled my time between 12p-3p the agent called me at 10a and asked if he could come early, I inquired how early and he stated he was 15 min away. When I told him coming early was not possible he was actually "put off"...you could tell by the tone of his voice. He stated he could help move furniture when I explained furniture was not the issue he still pressured me into coming early. I told him I would just cancel and reschedule with a Zerorez when their is an agent who could accommodate my time. Oh now his attitude changes....lol. Just to get him in and out of my house I accommodated him and told him he could arrive at 11:30a. I don't even remember his name because of his crappy customer service. No smile, no hi how are ya. I showed him the rooms and asked him to start at one end of the house but NOOOOO; he insisted on starting in my dtr's room.at the other end of the house...she was still picking up and vaccuming....he went in and started spraying while she was trying to vaccum. BTW, he didn't have to raise a finger to move any furniture!!! I love Zerorez but the guy who came to my house definitely does not like his job. When he was done and payment made he stated upon leaving, "There is a short survey; don't forget to give me a good review". I about spit my coffee out.

your process works to both clean tile and the grout so both look as close to brand new as possible.

The whole process was simple,
The employee called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and approx.what time he would arrive.
I showed him which rooms were to be cleaned and he let me know approx. How long it would take,
He answered any questions I had, he is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and a Good worker,
I am very Happy with how clean my carpet is.
I have recommended Zerorez to my coworker

It's great that they can come out same day, but they are NOT up front about their pricing. TONS of add on's once they are at the house
