Great tech who came... but the pricing on the couch was ridiculously high. That part is really disappointing. Will likely clean my own carpets moving forward.

The grout was not cleaned after the tile was cleaned. I had to clean the grout with a small wire brush and then used my Hoover brush & tile cleaner to clean the floor again, which had dirty rinse water.

They stay in touch on when they will be there , that’s rare these days. Came and did a great job. Very friendly

Their products work very well on both the tile and carpet and the technician was conscientious, friendly, and respectful of the property.

The technician that came out was very friendly and let me know he was on his way about 20 minutes prior to his arrival, and was on time. He quoted me about 2-2.5 hours for my tile and carpet cleaning and he was accurate with his estimate. Very efficient!

The company came highly recommended by a family member and this is why decided to pay extra and try it. We didn’t notice a difference from the family owned carpet cleaning company we’ve used in the past. Our expectations weren’t really met for what we paid. Zerorez had to come out a second time to get several stains out, redo a room that was deodorized to treat pet odor that still smelled, and our sofa and ottoman still had dirt spots which the second carpet cleaner took care of. Area rugs had to be redone, which then left us wondering how clean could the carpet in the entire house be if the area rugs weren’t really cleaned the first time around. I couldn’t even convince my husband to use your company again let alone friends and family.
