He also got some very old tile in my house to look fresh and clean again. I also like that you don't use harsh and smelly chemicals in your cleaning process. Zerorez doesn't leave the residue that seems to attract dirt after it is cleaned. Most carpet cleaner we have used in the past seem to leave residue.

Dave was terrific! He explained everything very thoroughly and went over pricing and procedures. The carpet looks great! The only complaint I have is that the carpet seemed too wet, and I probably should have requested the quick dry option.
