First of all I would have to say that our technician is top notch. Steve was both professional and personable and you have a valuable employee in him. We gave him a tough job with our carpeting and he really worked to do the best possible job he could. I have two older cats that have been tough on our carpets. Your products worked so well to remove both the stains and smell. Zerorez is the only company I would have back and recommend to others.

After Dennis and an assigned trainee cleaned the wall-to-wall carpets in my townhome on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, they were the cleanest they have ever been since I moved into it in December, 1990. I've used other carpet cleaning services over the years, but the Zerorez cleaning left me with open-mouthed amazement. And the drying was so fast, too, and there was no 'after-odor' either!
But here's the most outstanding 'like' of all: Four days after the initial cleaning, Sunday, July 17, I hosted an important meeting of 12 people in my living room area. Just before the meeting started, I poured myself some grape-juice punch, turned away from the bowl, lost a bit of my balance, and nearly all of the punch spilled onto the carpet. A friend immediately grabbed paper towels and blotted the area thoroughly. But unfortunately, the spill left a large, unsightly blotch on the just cleaned carpet. I was soooo disappointed.
Within two or so days, I called Zerorez to ask if there was any way that the blotch could be cleaned out of my carpet. Response: One of our personnel would have to inspect it to determine whether or not it could be cleared, and what the cost might be. I requested Dennis because he was so pleasant when he first did the cleaning.
Well, I had to cancel one scheduled appointment due to business circumstances, but on August 13, Dennis came out and worked the blotch over with one cleaning method that wasn't completely successful. BUT...the second method completely cleared it. And that dear man only charged me an environmental fee of $14.00 plus tax.
I will only use Zerorez in the future, and I will praise the quality of 'the Zerorez experience' to the skies whenever I have the chance! Thank you all!!

The technicians worked hard to accomplish the goal of producing a clean carpet. They spend extra time, resources, and effort to make sure they got the carpet as clean as possible.
Roman was very professional. He gave a gameplan, and followed through. He was very informative on the extra product I purchased and was very good about explaining the zerorez way compared to other carpet cleaning companies. It made me feel a lot better about spending over $200 to get my carpet cleaned, and I'm glad I did.
Despite having the original technician call in sick, the position was quickly filled and a replacement technician showed up promptly. He was polite and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets.
