My carpets came our great! Typically they are stiff after I have had them cleaned but this time they felt fluffy once they were dry. Drying took some time but I was all around happy with the outcome.

Reed, your technician, was prompt, personable, and explained the values of your company and how he was going to clean all the carpets in my home very well. I was very pleased with the way my carpets turned out. The carpets did dry in a timely fashion, as Reed said they would, and my home was back to normal a day later. When I need my carpets cleaned again, I will call Zerorez for sure.

The technicians were friendly and worked hard to get the stains out of my daughter's carpet. It really looks great! The service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and when I needed to re-schedule my original appointment, the person was very pleasant. I will definitely call when I need further carpet cleaning services. I have already told another person about you. My next door neighbor came out after the guys were done at my house and got her carpet cleaned too. I just spoke with her and she is very pleased.
