our technician was great; however, we had 1 closet by the kithchen to clean and the carpet did not come clean at all; I don't know what he did differently but it does not even look like we had it cleaned--all the stains and the path are still filthy. I did not receive a receipt via e-mail ither. I would really like a receipt on our cleaning. My e-mail address is Email address removed Please get me a receipt and maybe we could even get that "closet" taken care of somehow..????

John and Steve were very professional and hard working. They walked with me around the house before they started in order for me to point out stains in the carpet (which there were many). They were informative and told me why some of my stains were unable to come out. They went over the process of where they were going to start/finish and what they were going to do while there. When they were done they were able to get out all of the stains (even ones our previous carpet cleaner couldn't get out), except for one, and even that one is barely noticeable. I would highly recommend Zerorez. In fact, I already have. It was worth every penny.
we liked everything except for the environmental fee for $14. why don't you just include it with your regular fee of $157. it's seems to be just another way of screwing your customers.
The gentleman who was cleaning my carpet called me up before I was at the house and told me that he doesn't think the carpet was worth cleaning because it was shot. I told him he has to clean it because I have kids and dogs and they will tear it apart. He cleaned and sanitized the carpet and needless to say you will be back to clean my carpets again as needed of course. Thank you so much for saving me some serious money!
The carpets look beautiful! There were 3 minor stains that are no longer there. Our family room, carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years, look brand new!

It got rid of the pet urine. The technician was very friendly and hard working.
Rob was very courteous, efficient and informed us what he was going to do before he started. He asked for suggestions as to where to begin and how to proceed as our house is a bit complicated. He asked if any rooms needed to be first for any reason and then proceeded as we had suggested. The carpets all look great and the pile has come up just like new.

My schedule was accommodated, a reminder call was received, the techs called when they were on their way, and they arrived at the promised time.
Since we had much of the house cleaned, there was nowhere to move the larger pieces. No problem. The techs moved them or worked around them. And they were plesant and professional every step of the way.
