Prompt and did a great job

You are environmentally clean, Roman did an excellent job in explaining everthing.

No harmful chemicals are used in cleaning the carpets, therefore no dirt-attracting residue or odors. The cleaning crew used no heavy or messy equipment, just the hose and suction. Didn't take more than an hour. I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't pressed for any add-ons.

Our carpets look so clean and no longer have pet odor!!! Also, the two men who came to clean were the most pleasant carpet men we've EVER had. They strategized together about the best cleaning method and accepted our input as well. They were extremely service oriented and a joy to have in our home. We were very impressed with Zerorez!

They were thorough with every analysis of the many various stains I inherited in my new rental property. They advised me well on how to take the best post-cleaning care of my carpets and gave samples of the products to help do so. They made sure I got the best services for the best price. They were even lovely to my children who kept "checking-in" on how and what they were doing every other moment! I have not dealt with such courteous young men in a long time! Got stains out that others could not.

The technician worked very hard to get stubborn stains out, and the carpet (which had had multiple pet stains) came out looking GREAT!

I have been doing an update on our house to prepare it for selling sometime in the near future. Our carpet was 27 years old and had only been cleaned one other time so I was going to clean it first before I made a decision to replace it. We have no children or pets and are reasonably careful about spilling and dirty shoes so it was mainly traffic areas that needed attention. We are both more than pleased with the outcome and the carpet will not have to be replaced before we sell. The technician was very thorough and even when I pointed out a spot I thought didn't get a good over haul, he went out of his way to get it done. I had an area damaged by a dog, and the technician warned me that it might not come out, and he was even surprised with the result!

I am very impressed with Zerorez and I will definitely use them again, hopefully not for a while though! I submitted a service request online on a Friday, was contacted same day, and was able to acquire a Sunday appointment, just two days later, when I was fully expecting to have to wait a week or more for an appointment. I was grateful for the flexibility and speed with which Zerorez was able to service our carpets, as we are trying to get ready for the arrival of our first baby.

Our tech Tony contacted me before coming over, arrived early, was courteous and informative, and worked quickly - he wasn't even in our house for an hour! Our carpets were cleaned quickly, and though they were damp, we could tell that our carpets had been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. They were fluffy and soft even when damp, and when dry were nice and bright, looking brand-new. The process even left behind a light citrus scent, which I quite enjoyed. I was even shocked to see that the Zerorez process cleaned up the worst stains in our carpet, including dried candle wax. I thought I was going to have to scrub that stuff out on my hands and knees!

The price we paid for Zerorez to clean and sanitize our carpets in preparation for baby may not have been the cheapest price around, but I truly feel we got our money's worth, and seeing the results, I will gladly pay the fees again for the peace of mind we now have about our carpets. Great process and product and awesome service - thank you Tony and Zerorez!
