The procedure weas explained to me. The technician asked to see all the areas I wanted cleaned and he did his best to give them a deep cleaning.

We are a Pet Sitting Business. We have around 7 different dogs daily. Most dogs are potty trained, but there are still many accidents in the house. We have a carpet cleaner and we use it and keep the carpet as clean as we can. we also keep the order out. but I will use Zerorez every 6-8 months. They did a great job and advised us how to keep up.with any mishaps. Zerorez recommended doing our carpet once a year. They deep cleaned our carpet.
