The people were very nice & professional. This is the first time I've tried Zerorez and I was AMAZED at how well it worked! As a trial, I had Zerorez clean only my stairs (major walkways), and where the dog lays, which were by far the dirtiest spots in the house. I thought that it was a lost cause and that we would need to get new carpet, but now our 18 year old carpet looks brand new! I was so impressed that I called back the very next morning and made an appointment to do the rest of my house. I have already started spreading the news about how great Zerorez works!

Aaron was a very professional, knowledgable professional. He was on time and when he arrived got right down to cleaning. The results were fantastic! We have cream carpet and it looked like new when he was finished. The carpet dried quickly. It was not soaking wet. We had a fan going to speed up the drying. We had our furniture back in place by early evening. I would recommend this company.

Your technician needs a strong lesson in manners. He was rude and abrupt and when I expressed my dissatifaction with his manner, he had no problem talking right back to me. I loved the outcome with the carpet, however, I nearly sent Mr. Smith away.

The crew was very proffessional. I was having my rental home cleaned for a tennant and had agreed prior to clean only one level of that house. The tenant asked the crew to clean the upstairs as well. He promptly called me and verified that before just starting. We were able to explain that we would not be cleaning the upper level unless the tenant was going to pay for that.

The crew is on-time, calls ahead, and each time I've found them to be efficient and quite sociable.
