My rug was so damaged by cat urine that it could not be cleaned. The Zerorez technician was honest about that instead of selling something that wouldn't work. He also told me how to remove the rug and treat the floor, as well as letting me know that your company sells new carpeting. He was terrific.

Jon did a good job, very professional. Carpets seem very clean. Did a good job on a couple spots we had.

I have used zero res before and that is the reason I called again to get carpets cleaned. i noticed some differences. No protectors were placed under the furniture, easily fixed by me. A cover was left off the furnace as well, easily replaced. My husband, not I, was present when the cleaning was done and we are both satisfied with the cleaning but curious abut the other differences frrom the previous cleaning.
