The service personnel were excellent!

.. but I'd warn them of the extra costs. My $129 for 3 rooms ended up well over $200 because I added protectant and bought the lifetime carpet & pet cleaners. Maybe be more up front about the extras and their cost. Even at over $200 was still worth it.

You kept me informed of your schedule and showed up promptly and on time. Your service people were very informative and did a very good job.

My technician was very professional and courteous. He was most informative about the process from start to finish, kept me involved throughout the entire cleaning.

The carpets being cleaned were installed when the house was built 19 years ago, were white and had been "self cleaned" many time. Zerorez really brightened them and brought life back into them.

I also sent back 5 area rugs back to the shop to be cleaned and I am anxious to get them back, as well.

Our carpet turns out so well. The guys are so thorough and help with the unfortunate pet stains that cannot be avoided with 4 precious Boston Terriers. We love the new scent---really makes our entire house smell wonderful. We have told everyone we know, how pleased we are that there are no harmful chemicals to hurt our pups and to exacerbate our allergies.
