Carpet thoroughly cleaned.

Carpets were cleaned quickly and thoroughly, and the cleaning staff member was professional and courteous. We liked the fact that there was no soap or chemical residue left on the carpets after the process, and they smelled fresh. Pet stains and odors were eliminated and even old stains were cleaned well. We purchased a bottle of "Zero-Stink" for pet messes, and appreciate the perk that there are free refills with each cleaning.

You came when you said you would.Your technician called me prior to arrival, as I had requested. You gave me a price over the phone and that did not change once you got to the job. You were the second company to clean this property and your work was FAR superior.

The results were very impressive. Your technician, Rey, was extremely informative, courteous, and efficient. Rey explained the proces and answered our questions with no hesitation. We have already conveyed our satisfaction to several friends who will hopefully contact your office in the future.
There was another individual, Eric, who I understand is a recent Zerorez franchise owner, who was along to witness the field work. Eric just stood there and watched Rey work. No value added. Just kidding, Eric was also an asset. He also explained the process and I believe was also impressed with Rey's demeanor, work ethics and his knowledge.
Overall very satisfied, and will have remaining two rooms cleaned in the very near future.

Eco friendly. New house for me but lots of stains in the carpet - Zerorez got them out. Had ducts cleaned, too. Nice feeling of total cleanliness when Rey left. Will be happy to use him in the future.
