Kind of spendy, but worth it. My carpet is 10 years old, but after Zerorez cleaned it, you would never know it. It looks great! Very friendly serviceman.

I was very impressed with your technician, Doug. Our carpets look beautiful. Our downstairs carpet was stained and looked very worn, when Doug finished, its absolutely beautiful. The stains are all gone. The products are green which is nice because we have a dog. We would recommend Zerorez to all of our friends.

No harsh chemicals

the carpet was so dirty that I was ready to replace it. Your company cleaned so good that I do not have replace it. I did have some carpet to replaced and getting that done at the same time as cleaning was great.

The carpet wasn't as wet as other carpet cleaners. Also, the carpet didn't have
an odor to it when the cleaning was finished. The carpet looks great!!

Service was on time,the carpeting looked very clean,the service man was very nice/polite/thorough and the price was right! Also, we appreciated not having pressure to buy products we weren't interested in purchasing at this time or do more cleaning than we wanted.

He cleaned the carpets well beyond my expectations and even offered a few additional services at no charge which was excellent. The company is very professional and the cleaning services have been very good.

I had a dog urine problem and the zero stink spray works great. I am impressed by the rapid response to my request for a re-due of one small area of my floor that is a heavy traffic area. Within 24 hours, I was notified of my second appointment and the techinican was on time. There was no reisdue and I will use again next Spring.

Alex did a great job! He couldn't get in my supply vents cause the cleaning tool was to big.

But he really cleaned my trunk lines really really good! He should get a thata boy.

We have two pugs, and a cat. It's a challenge to keep our carpets clean. Jamie and Nick were true professionals. They gave me an upfront, out the door price before they started. There were no hidden costs. The carpets turned out great! I like the fact that the carpets didn't have a soapy, crunchy feeling after cleaning. I will surely call Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

The guy that cleaned my carpet also gave me an estimate on cleaning a couch that I had asked about. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras, but did answer all my questions. He was polite and professional.
