my carpets look like brand new! After they were cleaned they were not soaking wet, and once they dried there was no residue left behind like I have experienced with other carpet cleaners.

Aaron did an amazing job! I had a red kool-aid stain on the carpet that I did not think would come out and it did. We had a superbowl party on Sunday and my friends were impressed on how clean the carpet looked, they thought I got new carpeting. I would definately use Zerorez again and I have already recommended it for friends and family.

The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. The carpet looks great! He got some old stains out and I'm too embarrassed to tell you how long they've been there.I'm anxious to have the rest of the houuse done.

I particularly like the zero chemicals becuase I have a baby and a toddler. I know my carpets are clean and there is no chemical residue that could harm my children.

i liked the empowered water cleaning i didnt like the lack of detail in the corners but it was on a saturday at 5 pm the men were neat and on time

They were courteous, efficient and helpful. They did their job well. Our carpet is about 13 years old and the path is pressed down and soiled. It was brightened up considerably. We had it cleaned professionally twice before, the last time with Zerorez and we asked them back. I hope they are paid well. We lightened up the furniture by emptying our the end tables of books, games and maps. I hope it helped.

I thought that the service was very professional and that the product was excellent... Two of the three bedrooms cleaned up beautifully, but the third still has a faint odor of feces smell..... i paid an extra $60 for about ten square feet of the enzyme spray so i am disappointed that the one small area is not fresh smelling.....
The tech was excellent. He was great with my kid and my dogs. Explained everything as he did it. Did not pressure me into the upgraded services. And he was quick, and got out stains he had warned he might not be able to get out. My only concern was with the scheduling dept. I had requested a morning appt but when they called to confirm the day before I was scheduled for the late afternoon slot. I had to call and complain and wound up rescheduling for another day. But for the most part - an excellent experience!
