The role your van plays, covering your feet, putting a curtain up in the doorway, orange based pre-soak and of coarse the high pressure spraying & vacuum (everything about how you clean it). Also, the accuracy of what you said over the phone with regards to the work performed.
Dave was very professional and did an excellent job with my carpets. He had a 'trainee' with him, and his instructions to him also gave me alot of information about carpets, cleaning, and about Zerorez as a company. I was impressed and pleased with everything about their service.

No soap residue!
The staff that I dealt with was very friendly, professional and helpful. Jaime came to clean my carpets and did a fabulous job - he worked on a couple stains and was very good at telling me what he was doing and next steps. He was courteous and careful in my home. In addition, the floors look great! Thank you!

My carpet hadn't been cleaned for about 4 years, and also suffered from my husbands last days with walker and wheelchair soil. Zerorez went right to work, and I am 90% pleased with the results. The workers were very helpful, went right to work, were very efficient. My only negative comment was that I believe in all quotes of pricing, you should also inform the customer of fees and taxes, giving more accurate pricing.

The technician was a professional all the way. He was courteous, knowledgeable and prepared and ON TIME. He educated us why certain stain areas came back previously and how he will treat them differently. In the end the carpets looked very good. We are very pleased.

I have VERY thick white carpet in my living room and have found with ALL other cleaners the carpet looks great for a couple of months and then dust and dirt sticks to the residue left by the other cleaners. This is the second time I have used ZEROREZ and I do not get any build up - the carpet looks great for over a year rather than a few months. The staff are also very professional. I have recommended ZEROREZ to friends already!
