I was very impressed at how well the carpet came out. As Dave was cleaning you could clearly see the difference as to where he had cleaned. He got out stains I never thought would come out. I was also extremely happy with our duct cleaning. There was one vent that didn't work very well. We had been told by a well known heating and cooling company it couldn't be fixed. After Dave cleaned our the ducts it worked the best it has in years! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I was very impressed with Chris who came to clean our carpet. He was very personable and expressed an interest and pride in his work. I had to laugh because he seemed just as excited about the results as I was (as demonstrated by him asking me to look at the difference between what part of the carpet he had cleaned versus parts that he had not-there was a huge difference I might add). He was quick and professional. I plan on using Zerorez in the future for my carpet and plan on getting my slate flooring cleaned by Zerorez in the near future. Thank you for your great staff, including Chris who cleaned the carpet and those that I spoke to on the phone. You made this a very easy process with fantastic results.
