It was a very easy process. The solution used got rid of previous "soap" stains from the spot bot I was using and I was able to purchase the stain removal solution for future use.

We had our living and dining room carpets done and a small area in the office. Chris Renslow came to our home promptly in the morning and got right to work. We were very comfortable having Chris in our home. He was professional, thoughtful and did a fantastic job!
When I arrived home about 4:00 pm that same day, the carpets were dry. My wife did run some fans in the house, but it was also due to the technician's efforts that made this possible.

It is a little early to say how the job holds up, but from what I can see your representative did a good job of doing what he said he would do. There is a great improvement from what he started with. I also what to let you know that the representative was very polite and professional.

My carpet looks fantastic. We haven't had it cleaned in 14 years and it looks like its new again. Your staff was so professional, patient and nice I would highly recommend your services to anyone. You get 5 stars all around!

Great customer service and our carpets look great.

As a former custodian, I was attracted to the fact that you do not detergent. I know that detergent left in carpet just attracts more dirt, and that it is impossible to remove 100% of the detergent used in carpet cleaning. When I called to set up an appointment, the people on the phone were very helpful, and when the technician came, he was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and what we could expect. We were very satisfied with our experience with Zerorez.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ZEROERZ CARPET CLEANING SERVICES PERFORMED IN OUR EDINA HOME ON SATURDAY, JUNE 18TH. MATT, THE ZEROERZ TECHNICIAN, WAS MOST PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CURTIOUS WHILE PERFORMING HIS DUTIES. MATT GLADLY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONVINCED US TO CLEAN TWO ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS THAT WE WERE CONSIDERING RECARPETING DUE TO THE HEAVY SOILED TRAFFIC PATTERNS. THE CARPETS CAME OUT LOOKING GREAT AND SAVED US A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY BY NOT HAVING TO REPLACE THE EXISTING CARPET.

I very impressed at how easy the carpet came clean. The technician was clean and neat in appearance. He took great care to make sure the hoses and equipment did not damage anything. The only issue I had was that I was told by the person on the phone intially that the tech would arrive between 1-4 and I got a phone call a few days prior confirming that information. The tech did not show until 6:30. He was very courteous and showed me his computer print out and it stated between 4-7pm. Slight mix up that needs to be corrected, otherwise I would and will recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

The cleaning process doesn't use soap. I've noticed that my carpet stays cleaner longer than when I had "traditional" carpet cleaners do the work. I also appreciate that I am given an estimate over the phone, that it is verified before the technician even sets up to work, and that I am not "pressured" to add on services.

The servicers are very honest about stains and the possibility of treatment. The service was done in a very timely manner. The result is wonderful... our carpets look great!

Service was professional and efficient. Products seem to work well and the end result was satisfactory. I would have liked a little less pushy sales pitch for those products after the rug cleaning was finished.
