We have two dogs and some tough stains and even though our carpet is not perfect (we knew some of stains wouldn't come up) we are really happy with then end result of the cleaning. We were also happy with how the scheduling went (and how informative the person was that took our appointment) as well as the technicians that performed the work. Service person was a bit pushy on add'l services. I did let him talk me into the overcoat carpet protection. I hope it does what he was telling me but I think I had the same product applied the last time and I didn't see a difference. He did refill my pet stain remover which I appreciated, that is a good product.

The person who cleaned our carpets (Dan Hintze) was very professional, courteous, & knowledgable. Care was taken when performing services so no damage occurred from equipment used. All stains were removed and carpets look refreshed & almost new.
