This is the first time I tried Zerorez over other companies and I will be a Zerorez customer from now on! I was more impressed with the professionalism/customer service from our technician (Ryan) than my experiences with other companies - Ryan was courteous, helpful and very diligent in his work. The carpets came out better/cleaner than with other companies - they look FABULOUS!

I was kept very informed of the time you would arrive. The costs were ecplained ahead of time. The estimate was accurate so there were no hidden costs. The carpet dried quickly. The fact that we could walk on it right away was really nice. My husband was home to help move furniture if needed but the technician took care of everything by himeself. I would definitely recommend using Zerorez.
They seemed to do a good job although there was one area where the spot came back so I need to contact them about this issue.

I like that the carpets dry quickly and that they stay clean. There are no overwhelming fragrances. Your workers are always well manner and professional. I clean carpet at work but at home I have you do it and I am much more satisfied with the results. A friend called last night about cleaning his carpets and was going to buy some equipment and I told him that before he does it to try your services.
