Brian Bielke, my carpet technician was excellent about explaining the entire process and expected results. I knew after Brian's explanation, that my carpets would be clean and refreshed, but that the wear areas and a red wine stain(not sure how that happened???)would not be like "new" carpeting.

Of equal importance to me is the professionalism and courtesy of your personnel. Our technician, Chris, was outstanding and the quality of his work was especially noteworthy. Finally, your scheduling process of refining the service window to three hours 24-48 hours ahead of time, then the technician calling to confirm a specific arrival time is great.

Jeff was on time, curteous,informative (showing us how much dirt was being removed. He took his time, moved furniture around, and placed back. No real up-sell, but still managed to get us to buy a bottle of spot remover, and have carpet protection applied.

The dry time was quick. I liked the citrus Scent. Love that you can get your carpets cleaned on a Sunday and there is no extra charge. The technician, Chris, was very pleasant to discuss things with was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
