He was able to get stains out that Steam Master could not. I did not tell Rob that I had Steam Master a couple of months ago and was very disappointed. There was no pressure from the cleaners. I was a little afraid I would be "scared" into spending a lot more money for extra services to make sure the carpet was clean enough for my baby. Both gentlemen (Joseph and another man)were extremely polite and proffesional.

As for the products I love that was not any harsh chemical smell after the job was done.

I loved the orange citrus smell in my home. I will definately have zerorez again. We used Zerorez at one of our apt. bldgs. They did all the hallways. We were very pleased. We have lived in our house for 9+ years and only had done the carpets ourselves. We felt they were clean, but looking at the carpets everyday was getting to be too much! We finally decided to try Zerorez - not a minute goes by that I'm not thrilled with it. The tech was amazing and explained everything - before, during and after. He even did some upholstery cleaning for a reasonable price that looks awesome! We won't be using ANY other product/service!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, BUT THERE IS A VERY NOTICABLE SPOT IN THE DINING AREA THAT HAS ALREADY COME BACK. HE TOLD ME THERE WOAS A FEW SPOTS THAT THEY COULD NOT GET OUT, BUT THAT ONE WAS NOT THERE WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

Effective cleaning without chemicals

The carpeting feels clean, not stiff like it has a residue stuck to it. The smell is fresh and clean rather than the smell of chemicals. The employees who cleaned the carpet were professional and made me feel comfortable having them in our home.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were absolutely great! They were friendly and explained everything and really seemed like they take pride in their work. The carpets look great, the air ducts are clean, and the house smells fresh again. I feel like the service that was provided really benefits my family!
