Customer Service - first rate, from setting up appointment to follow-up confirmation a couple of days prior, as well as the same morning of appointment. ZeroRez reps and service personnel are #1. On-site service technician, Tony Erickson, was friendly, thorough and extremely efficient. I was reassured my carpet/stairs would bring great results - I'm enjoying the same.

Getting the carpets clean is of course the most important thing, but the most impressive thing is the attitude of your service techs. This is the 2nd time we've used Zerorez and I can't believe how enthuastic and good natured your techs are. Mark is an amazing person who really went the extra mile to remove some stubborn stains. I like that there is no soap or other residue. I like that the carpets were exceptionally clean and that it didn't take very long to clean them. I like that the only thing used to clean them was orange oil and water. I like the professionalism of the person who cleaned the carpets and the care he took in the process.

The tech was very thorough. He didn't push other services on my like other companies have. The carpet looks great. I felt the tech really worked hard to get the best results. Other companies have come in and just gone through the motions. I was very impressed with the tech and the results.

The technician that came to our house was courteous and did an excellent job. He paid extra attention to some stains on the carpet and they came out just fine.

The fact you use no chemical treatments, and the results were fantastic--a little expensive, but fantastic.

It didn't smell like soap, but still got our carpet cleaner than other companies have in the past.

I liked all aspects about our cleaning vist except I suggest that crews be more careful around plants that are outside and near the truck. I had a few hosta plants that got sprayed which killed the part of the plant that got sprayed. Those plants will come back but your in-powered water isn't good for plants.

First name removed, the gentleman that came to the house, was extremely courteous and helpful. Very informative and though he did "upsell" us with a protectant, I did not feel it pushy in any way. It was an option he educated me on first and allowed me time to decide if it was right for us. Great employee!
